DBE in Southern California
DBE in
Southern California was chartered in 1983, when California was
split into three mini-states to make it more geographically
manageable. Some of the chapters were in existence before this
split, hence their earlier charter dates.
The State Board, which is elected every two years, is made up
of representatives from each chapter and meets once a month to
share news and organize statewide events and fundraisers.
